His face expresses a strong knowledge and weariness from life; yet his eyes still "proclaim[s] no devil", and a kindness and empathy toward his fellow man. Ralph by this point would no doubt be involved in selfless ambitions. He would be a natural leader in society, but he does not seek financial fulfillment. He wishes to pass on his life's lessons and teach younger people the pitfalls that may lay ahead. |
